Through the Site, Isle Nomads provides an online platform that allows you to browse and book various travel services such as flights, hotels, tour packages, and other experiences (collectively referred to as "Services"). Isle Nomads connects users with third-party service providers (“Vendors”) such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. By placing an order on the Site, you agree to book and/or purchase services offered by these Vendors.

Although we make every effort to ensure that the information provided on the Site is accurate and up-to-date, we do not verify the information provided by Vendors and are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Booking and Payments

When you book a service through Isle Nomads, we will confirm your booking via email. Payment for services must be made directly through our platform. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if necessary, including cases of fraud, suspicious activity, or other reasons as outlined in these Terms.

Cancellations

Each Vendor has its own cancellation policy, which will be made available to you at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to review these policies before making a reservation. Isle Nomads is not responsible for any violations of these terms and conditions. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the Vendor's policy.

Special Requests

For any special requests (e.g., room accessibility, special dietary needs), please make these requests directly with the Vendor or during the booking process. Isle Nomads cannot guarantee that all special requests will be fulfilled by the Vendor.

User Account

You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Isle Nomads reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Site, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of the Republic of Maldives and resolved in the courts of Maldives.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
